Turkish Airlines is offering special fares and extra baggage allowance to students travelling from Kathmandu to Europe, USA and Canada via its hub in Istanbul. The airlines announced baggage allowance  of three pieces of 23 kg each for students travelling to US and Canada, and a total of 40 kg for those travelling to Europe.

The discounted flight to USA is eligible for students between 12-32 of age, and for youth confirmed, valid age is 12-25.  For Canada, it is 10-34 of age and for Europe, it is 12-27 of age for students and for youth confirmed, 12-24.. To get the discount, each student should carry ID card. In case of USA, Turkish Airlines FF membership is mandatory for discount.
