

Riya Manandhar, a student from Nepal has ranked first in the world in the Taxation paper of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant’s (ACCA) December 2021 exam session.
The 20-year-old was amongst the 13,000 students who appeared for the paper. She will be awarded a certificate of merit and 200 GBP prize money.
“This is a great achievement, especially from a small country like Nepal. It is also inspiring for other ACCA students in Nepal,” said Rabin Katwal, head of ACCA Nepal.
Manandhar is currently studying at British Professional College, a learning partner of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant.
