<article><p>F unded by the Ford Foundation, Leadership Academy Nepal (LAN), a private initiative that aspires to play a role in addressing human resource challenges in Nepal, has launched a project to support the capacity development of NGOs that are working with marginalized communities in Nepal.  The project hopes to strengthen NGOs and the ecosystem they operate in to improve their overall resourcefulness, credibility and mobilization of funds in the future.</p></article>
