Sipradi help desk

Sipradi Trading, in collaboration with Kathmandu Metropolitan Traffic Police, Nepal Police, Department of Transport Management, and NADA Automobiles Association of Nepal has set up passenger help desks at 11 travel points in Kathmandu district including at Gongabu Bus Park, Kalanki and Koteswor. The help desks will assist travellers leaving Kathmandu for the festival season.

The passenger assistance help desks will provide information about ticket rates, take any complaints from passengers, and make travellers aware of Covid-19 safety guidelines, providing masks and sanitisers when necessary.

Representatives from all partnering institutions were present at the ceremony at Gongabu Buspark, where sanitarisers, masks, face visors and disinfectants were handed over to the employees of the Metropolitan Traffic Police and Nepal Police for each help desk.

Each passenger assistance desk will have representatives from the Metropolitan Traffic Police Division, Department of Traffic Management, Nepal Police, as well as consumer groups.
