The Central Electricity Authority of India had approved purchase of 364MW generated from six hydropower projects in Nepal -- the 37.7MW Trisuli and Devighat, 140MW Kali Gandaki I, 68MW Middle Marsyangdi, 67MW Marsyangdi and 51MW Likhu-4. India has refused to buy from plants with Chinese investment or contractors.</p></article>
