The winner of the DSC Prize for South Asian Literature will be announced in Pokhara on 16 December. Celebrities including Indian MP and writer Shashi Tharoor, poet and screenwriter Javed Akhtar and actress Shabana Azmi have confirmed attendance. </p></article>
