After a few decades the naked hills of Chautara are flourishing again ('The greening of Nepal', #305) but due to political reasons migration to urban areas like Kathmandu has increased and overpopulation is stripping fields and forests. Since the political scenario has changed, can we also expect the return of greenery to our urban areas?
