Excitement for local polls is building up across Nepal even as the constitution amendment bill looks unlikely to be endorsed

The 67th National Democracy Day was observed in subdued fashion but Prime Minister Dahal didn’t announce a fixed date for local elections in his Democracy day speech as it was rumoured.
