Do the UCPN(Maoist) Or NC Leaders have the people’s mandate to make commitment of lasting national importance to the Madhesi Parties just to come to the power .to make their leader Prime Minister? Tomorrow they can be declared traitors by the people if they sacrifice the interest and integrity of the nation by agreeing on one Madhes or right of self-determination etc etc. Let these issues be decided by the whole of the country by referendum . This was not within their mandate from the people. Let there be open debate on these issues.Such things should be decided by consensus. No party should try to BLACKMAIL the other party like this .
